All of our wood packaging products carry our internationally recognized ISPM 15 manufacturers stamp. Crates
Our crating services include the design and manufacture of wooden shipping containers ( or crates)and pallets, in quantities as low as one or as high as thousands. Each of our products are designed specifically for your application with blocking and bracing, interior detail work and cushioning to protect your items from the hazards of shipping. Whether you need to ship heavy industrial machinery or valuable fine art a properly designed crate is the best safeguard your product can have. Our packaging and cushioning system are designed by packaging engineers using the latest packaging technologies and packaging certification is available when desired.
On site crating
If your item is too large to easily move or you would prefer to have it professionally packed, onsite crating teams are available to crate your item at your location. For large international shipments, ICM Packaging can load and secure shipping containers using approved dunnage. Once your items are crated ICM can provide cost effective shipping options through our network of logistics professionals.
Trade show crates
Trade show crates are one of our many specialties, rugged, reusable and built to withstand the rigors of handling (and mishandling) common in the arenas and convention centers in the trade show world ( if you have ever looked behind the curtain at the loading dock at a trade show you ll know what we mean). Designed with the exhibitor in mind, they are easy to load and unload and have a large variety of options available, including weatherproofing, steel framing, shelving and TST (Trade Show Tuff) protection. Some of our customers use their trade show crates as part of their booth avoiding table rentals, providing secure, lockable storage, and eliminating the wait to have their crates delivered at the end of the show, allowing for an easy pack out.
